This app is difficult to navigate and has very little information. The desktop website is still confusing and complex, but it has more information than the app. There are very few things that a seller can utilize this app for... Disappointing.

So much better than looking up sales on seller central. I wish it had the marketing, but it does anything the paid apps do so Im happy.
I was really excited to start using this app. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to scan one single tag. Ive tried multiple times with multiple tags.
Idk if the last update caused all this but as of the last update I am not able to list a certain item i keep getting an error message saying "an error occurred when we tried to process your request" and its only for that item. Also when listing a new item theres no category option to choose from so I am stuck on the first page.
If you are a sellers that has been accepted to sell in the homemade department, this app doesnt work. You cant list any items, revise any items or access your Amazon homemade store.i wish Amazon would change the app so sellers in the homemade department can use the app too!!
Love it!! Use it all the time. A must for Amazon seller. I just wish they would add more features. Like feedback etc.
The new update has actually made this useful. I dont expect it to replace the seller central site, but for broad views it does just fine. When it has the business reports in full it will get five stars.
I spent a lot of time with the app scanning in books that Im selling (great feature in theory), setting the condition and price, etc. I never could get any of those items that I entered using the app to show up in my inventory. Ive sold some books in the last couple weeks but the app shows no record of this. I couldnt input tracking numbers for shipped items into the app since it didnt even recognize that the item had sold. Amazon is usually really good about making things user friendly and work well but their seller app is the exception to the rule.
Whoa! We are just starting with FBA, and having some early success. Then, BAM! Amazon starts randomly and apparently arbitrarily rejected up to 20% of our items during the SHIPPING phase. Very uncool! If we were made aware of restrictions during SOURCING through the app this could have been avoided. Now we are sitting on useless, to us, inventory. The app was working great, but now is worthless to us! In fact it is less than worthless, its costing us valuable capital. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Ive yet to encounter minor or even major bugs. I wish you could also monitor your feedback ratings for the products amazon page as well as feedback for your amazon seller store
So I was going to sell my things to resale shops. Offered me 80 bucks for over 100 games.. Using this app I have sold 16 of those games in 1 week and made over 200 bucks. You can scan barcodes to quickly add items to your list, take pictures of your items, track prices of your listings, track your money made. You wanna de-clutter your home? Use this app and make money at the same time.
This app allows me to keep up with my sellers account while Im on the go. The only thing thats missing is consistent sales ranking when i scan an item, if that appeared on every item I scanned
This app makes my smart phone almost as good as my PC for running my Amazon business.
Overall its good app for beginners. There is no campaign promotions available
I started off selling with the website but I was hoping that Amazon would make their own app. And they did! Its easy to use and easy to sell on. Thank you Amazon!
Would be nice if there were an optimized version for the larger iPad display.
I am very disappointed with this ap. My store was inactive as I was on vacation and I had an A to Z claim. The app did not notify my about the claim and I lost the claim of $420
Love the app and use it every day. My one request is being able to see daily sales (units/$) as a complication on Apple Watch. Or at least push notifications for FBA sales... Maybe 3x/day with an update?
When you try to select "all" on the filter under orders, it doesnt display the pending items. You have to actually click on pending to view your pending items. Which doesnt make sense. All should mean "all". It shouldnt mean "everything except for pending".
Seller Central is seriously lacking one feature for FBA sellers: email or SMS or other automated notification of sales. So when I saw this app, I thought I would finally have another option besides logging into the Seller Central website to check on our sales. And the app seems to promise this--all you have to do is click on "Orders", and choose the "All" filter, and you should be able to see them. Plus, with the iOS Notifications feature turned on, youll get instant notice of any sales. It seems like an ideal solution for a busy FBA seller. The problem? None of these features actually works. On a brand new iPhone 6s, with iOS 9.2, only 1/5 of all orders show (and that 1/5 is totally random), and FBA notifications simply dont work. In case you think Im making this up it or Im not doing it right, here is what Seller Support had to say when I asked them why the basic function of this app, its very reason for existence (displaying orders and notifying us when they come in) failed to work: "I have received an update from the technicians and I regret to inform you that currently this option is not available on the Amazon Mobile Application." So there you have it, folks: Amazon has officially stated that this app doesnt work.
